在看海美術館，屏東出生的藝術家劉棟，以拼布創作回應他對風土的感知與記憶。他將大地、海洋與人間風景轉化為層層疊合的布面作品，彷彿用一針一線縫合時間的縫隙，溫柔地連結人與土地。本展覽以「風與旬的感官記錄」為概念，「旬」是一種與土地節奏共鳴的時間單位。劉棟擅長解構各式織物，再以創新構圖重組，呈現出既遙遠又熟悉的風景。從遠處看是色彩的韻律，走近則是纖維與情感的細節。
At the Sea-Viewing Art Museum, Pingtung-born artist Dong Liu uses patchwork to express his perception of local landscapes. Layered fabrics become earth, ocean, and everyday scenery, gently stitching together time and memory. The exhibition centers on “Sensory Records of Wind and Xun,” where xun represents a time rhythm in tune with the land. By deconstructing and recomposing textiles, Liu creates vistas that feel both distant and familiar. Rather than labeling a place, the works invite viewers to reconnect with Haikou through their senses and experience the beauty of what the land offers in its own season.
